Lisa spends most of her time teaching piano and singing to students of all ages, from her home studio. When she’s not teaching, she is performing at weddings and other private events, both as a solo singer and pianist and also as a duet La Petite Duette. In her spare time, Lisa creates music videos on her YouTube channel, sharing Irish and Scottish traditional music, and her own compositions.

As a classically trained singer, Lisa Dawson has performed from a young age in many vocal ensembles, and in many venues throughout the world including The Royal Albert Hall, London and Carnegie Hall, New York.

Since 2020, Lisa has been creating music videos for her YouTube channel. What started out as an experiment with recording, turned into a passion for creating fun and innovative videos, where she is always challenging herself to do something different! This has grown into an extensive catalogue of traditional music and original compositions. In 2023, Lisa released her debut EP of 6 original songs, ‘The Voice of the Island’ and in 2025, Lisa released a full length album of songs inspired by iconic locations around Northern Ireland, titled ‘The Way Between"‘
